A cancelled visit, filled before lunch.
When a visit is cancelled, Modulon texts the opening to standby patients it fits. The first to accept is booked, and their later visit is released.
Each opening goes only to the patients it fits.
Every entry holds the visit, the provider and the times the patient can make. Modulon matches them before it sends a text.
Each patient gets 15 minutes to reply.
If the patient doesn't take it, the opening goes to the next patient it fits. Your team doesn't make a call.

Frequently asked questions

The opening stays in your schedule as an open time, so it can still be booked by phone, by text or online.
